Handtmann PLS 115
The PLS 115 automates production of fresh goods in natural or artificial casings (for example bratwurst) and does away with manual separating and sorting. Equal lengths for all sausages with exactly the same weight, packed to suit the packaging and reliably separated into individual portions or chains of any length. Those are the features of the PLS 115. And: Handtmann monitor control makes it possible to connect to an integrated system along the process chain from filling to packaging.

The special AL line for maximum performance in industrial spreadable sausage and hot dog production!
With the integrated Handtmann vane cell feed system, the FPVLH 242 is the best solution for maximum performance spreadable sausage products in collagen and cellulose casings. Highly accurate portioning with unique patented weight compensation, paired with equal length and output up to 3000 portions per minute. This provides maximum machine capacity utilisation, high process reliability and optimum product quality. These advantages can be multiplied by connecting two or more FPVLH 242s to one pump.

The linking nozzle moves automatically to the mounting position where the new casing is quickly and easily placed on the nozzle.
